First and foremost I need to thank Abc for sending me such a thoughtful baby gift!
It was so sweet of you to think of me and I can't wait to put a pretty picture of Isabella in it. It's going to look great in her nursery.
Today is my V-day, which is my viability day. This means that if Isabella were to make an early appearance she would have a pretty high percentage of survival outside of the womb. We're hoping that she continues to bake a little longer ;) That means that I am 24 weeks pregnant. Only 16 weeks to go. I can't believe how fast the second trimester is going. First tri dragged ass. There's still so much to be done! She's been active like crazy lately. Andy's felt her a whole bunch of times. Last night she was being particularly acrobatic and I looked at my belly and I was able to see it move. It was so cool, like a little alien in there.
Here is my belly pic for the week. It's the same shirt I wore for my 19 week pic, so if you feel like looking at older posts, you can see how much I've grown!
I'm actually getting ready for dinner out with the girls. It's been a long time since we all got together. There are seven of us that are really close and I believe we have six coming out tonight (my friend Lara is in Israel and I miss her terribly). It seems like the older you get the harder it is to make time for your best girlfriends. People have hectic schedules, jobs, relationships, family etc so it's nice that we try to make an effort to get together a couple of times a month. Here's a pic from New Years Eve '08.
Ok, I think this post has rambled on long enough.
