- You have a winter bush in the summertime (my lady bits are a hot mess right now).
- When faced with the decision to take a shower or go to bed 15 minutes earlier, sometimes early to bed wins out. This means that somedays I go to work dirty and stinky.
- You've worn your hair in a ponytail for the past month and now your head has a dent in it.
- You won't wear any of your nice clothes because they'll just wind up drooled/spit up/or pooped on.
- You can't finish a blog post because you're interrupted by cries...gotta go.

Lol. So true. ALl of these.
Believe me, when they get older, it's not the cries that interrupt. It's the "hey, mamma." You have so much stuff to do that you still chose the early to bed, and you're so busy doing everyone elses laundry, that your clothes aren't clean.
There are joys to motherhood, but these aren't always them:)

Thanks for stopping by ParlinMom, great to have a STISista looking out. my daughter is 18 months and some of that stuff still happens to me. it is getting better so hang in there. my stepson was a big boy when I took over but there are sometimes when I ask myself who is the toddler so it is not that different with teenagers...at least you can get a shower everyday. take care and stop by anytime as I will.
