Final Culturelle Review

About a month ago I was lucky enough to receive a complementary supply of Culturelle Pro-biotic, which is designed to improve the overall health of your digestive tract by supplying healthy bacterial. When your digestive tract functions properly, your health improves. You can read all about that post by clicking HERE.

Pro-biotic seems to be the new buzz word lately and I can most definitely see why. Since taking this product I've noticed an immediate change in my, ummm, digestion. I would poop every day, maybe twice a day, there were rare instances of 3 times a day. I've definitely lost weight, I feel better, my skin looks better, and my hair looks nearly as awesome as it did when I was pregnant. I just feel better.

I plan on continuing to use this product, although it would be amazing if those Tricky Culturelle People would allow me to be their bloggy ambassador and give me a lifetime supply of pro-biotics (worth a shot). And once Isabella is a bit older I totally plan on giving her pro-biotics to keep her digestive health on the up and up. It's really all about preventative medicine. So if you are considering pro-biotics for you or your family, I urge you to consider Culturelle since they are a natural product and the most clinically tested.

In keeping with current FTC standards, I did receive a free month supply of Culturelle. This was previously disclosed in the original post. All of the opinions provided in this post are mine and mine alone and I stand behind their integrity.
