It could be muscle weight, seriously. I started running last August and didn&#39;t lose ANYTHING until January (seriously wanted to throw the scale off a bridge) but my pants got so loose I couldn&#39;t wear them, even the the scale didn&#39;t budge. Even now, I&#39;ve only lost 7 pounds total since last August, but I can see a huge difference in my body. So maybe you are &quot;going in&quot;. It could also very easily be water weight.
